About the Assignment

As a Production Quality Engineer, you play a central role in ensuring and further developing quality in production. You actively participate in development projects as well as in the verification and qualification of new products and production equipment. The work is done in close collaboration with several functions, where you lead and coordinate quality and improvement work within production.

An important part of the role is to plan and carry out preventive quality work through methods such as FMEA, control plans, and capability analyses. You are responsible for developing, preparing, and establishing quality processes and ensuring that quality assurance and quality controls are adapted for stable and efficient production. When introducing new or changed equipment, you plan, participate in, and follow up verification and qualification activities.

In your daily work, you also handle deviations, where you investigate root causes, define corrective actions, and ensure that these are followed up and have the desired effect. You participate in quality audits of both products and processes and contribute with a holistic perspective on quality in production.

By driving and participating in improvement projects within various production areas, you support the organization in quality-related matters and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with an interest in quality, production, and improvement work, whether you are newly graduated or have a few years of experience in the field. The role offers the opportunity to develop and grow in responsibility while being part of a team where collaboration, openness, and a humble approach are a natural part of the work.

We are looking for you with:

• Relevant higher education or university degree.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience from the manufacturing industry.
• Experience in quality management, LEAN, Six Sigma, etc.
• Knowledge of ISO 9000 and ISO 14000.
• Driver's license B.

You are a responsible and committed person with a natural authority. With an analytical and structured working method, you have the ability to see the big picture and drive processes forward. You are demanding when necessary and appreciate collaboration, which allows you to handle many contact surfaces smoothly. Your strong communication skills contribute to clarity and efficiency in dialogue with others.
